DoDonPachi Resurrection Reignite is the latest title in the series, packed with new features including the series-first "Royale" battle mode, supporting multiplayer matches for up to 10 players worldwide. This new update introduces the highly requested "Training Mode," offering players a dedicated environment to dive deeper into the gameplay.

Major Update (Version 1.1.0) Live! Introducing the Long-Awaited "Training Mode"
The update introduces "Training Mode," allowing players to practice and build strategies at their own pace. The mode supports all stages, including the brand-new "AREA 6," making focused practice by stage possible. Additionally, the number of coins earned in Grade Matches has been increased.

November 2026 — AREA6 Comes to Shooting Royale
We’ll be adding AREA6 to Shooting Royale, our new competitive mode for up to 10 players. It will give you a chance to tackle the stage with a different approach from Arcade Mode, and we’re looking forward to seeing how you play it.
We’ll also be expanding opportunities to earn coins across the game’s modes and adjusting matchmaking wait times as part of our ongoing updates.

This Winter — Black Label
We know many of you have been looking forward to Black Label, the updated version of DoDonPachi Resurrection that was so well received in arcades. It will arrive with AREA6, new music for AREA6, and Assist Mode.

Character design is once again handled by Takeshi Ogata, returning from DoDonPachi Resurrection.
